“I understand. There was a time that I felt that way too.” I was working in corporate, burned out, bored and knew that something had to change. I was fortunate to have a group of peers that I could share with about my feelings and about the change I felt I needed to make. I came face-to-face with myself and asked this question: What are you doing and why? I realized, and I have helped many others to realize, that what we need is to take control of our career success!
